For Planet Logic Email Addresses
Please use the below instructions:
- Open Outlook, click Tools, and choose E-mail Accounts.
- Choose Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
- Choose POP3 or IMAP and click Next. Either will work.
- For Your Name enter your first and last name.
For E-mail Address enter your email address.
For Incoming mail server enter mail.yourdomain.com (Replace mail.yourdomain.com with your POP3 address)
For Outgoing mail server enter mail.yourdomain.com (Replace mail.yourdomain.com with your SMTP addess)
For User Name enter your email address.
For Password enter your password.
Check Remember Password.
- Next Click the More Settings button.
- Click on the tab for Outgoing Server
- Check the option for My outgoing mail server requires authentication
- Select the option to Use the same settings as incoming mail server.

- Next Click on the Tab for Advanced.
- Change the port number for Outgoing Mail Server SMTP from 25 to 587
- Click OK at the bottom

- If you would like, you can optionally click Test Account Settings to make sure all the information is entered correctly. Click Close when the test is complete.
- Click Next, then click Finish.
